The Verandas at Berkman project was formerly an 40 unit apartment complex. The project was converted and sold as individual condominiums.
Terrace at Shoal Creek
The Terrace on Shoal Creek project was formerly a 20 unit apartment complex. The project was converted and sold as individual condominiums.
The Spanish Palms project was formerly a 20% occupied, class D apartment complex. Through significant investment, the project was repositioned as a class B asset with stabilized occupancy above 95%.
